The photo measuring 10 1/2" x 13 1/2" features President Lincoln at the bottom Vice President Hannibal Hamlin at the top House Speaker Schuyler Colfax at the center and members of the Lincoln Administration and Congressmen who supported the Amendment. The original 1865 photo resides in the National Portrait Gallery at the Smithsonian; this print was published that same year by Powell & Co the photogapher who produced the original photo. A beautiful photograph of historical significance.
