I have one to sell!
George "Piano Legs" Gore was one of the more popular players of his era an excellent leadoff hitter with a lifetime batting average of .301 over 14 years mostly with the White Stockings and Giants. This is an interesting N172 of Gore depicting the same pose as his card cataloged as #196-9 in The Photographic Baseball Cards Of Goodwin & Company but with a smaller projection image. The quality of the photo is excellent with very vivid detail but the technical grade of POOR 10 from SGC was assigned due largely to back damage resulting from scrapbook removal. An outstanding card.
