Extraordinarily rare "Holmes to Homes" reverse, one of the most rare of all these associated Mendelssohn-produced cards.  Though Chance's status as a Hall of Famer adds desirability to the card, it is the back that is most appealing here - virtually all the surviving Holmes to Homes bread cards feature back damage - paper loss and remnants, likely from scrapbook removal. In this case, the back advertisement is entirely intact, making this one of the most desirable of all the surviving Holmes to Homes cards.  The GOOD 2 grade assessed by SGC relates to corner and surface wear, this example is the highest of the two graded examples of Chance's card. A very rare and desirable card.
