The Colgan's Chips Red Border Series (E270-1 in the American Card Catalog) followed on the heels of the company's more expansive E254 Stars the Diamond set and is the toughest of their three issues to track down. This is the sole example of the red border Clyde Milan in the PSA pop report and it's received a grade of PSA 5. With just minimal chipping around the rim, the red border has kept it's luster and color over the years.  The central image of Milan is well-defined and contrasted, with a hint of foxing. The reverse is in nice shape, although the centering has drifted off to west. A tough card in a fantastic grade for an E270-1 and something of an amazing survivor.
