The Colgan's Chips Red Border Series (E270-1 in the American Card Catalog) followed on the heels of the company's more expansive E254 Stars the Diamond set and is the toughest of their three issues to track down. Centering is a bugaboo with these and Ed Konetchy, seen here in a PSA 4 (MC) holder is the poster boy for this malady.  Edge chipping can be seen, with the central image slightly faded. The reverse has similar centering and some dirt can be seen.  This is the only example of this subject in the PSA pop report and its rarity is the key here.
