Lightly-worn but extremely attractive ticket stub from Game 2 of the 1932 World Series between the New York Yankees and Chicago Cubs at Yankee Stadium. The stub admitted the bearer to a general admission seat in the bleachers to witness Lefty Gomez outduel Lon Warneke in a 5-2 Yankees victory the second win in a four-game Yankees sweep. Light edge and corner wear is evident as is some modest soiling but like many other tickets from this era the design was artfully done making it a very attractive display-worthy piece.
