Full ticket to Game 3 of the 1950 World Series between the New York Yankees and Philadelphia Phillies this game at Yankee Stadium. The 1950 Philadelphia "Whiz Kids" entered the Series with great fan support but were thoroughly overpowered by the Yankees in the midst of their incredible run of championships. Of particular note is that this was the last World Series that was all-white; neither the Yankees nor the Phillies had integrated by 1950. Game 3 was a tight one won by the Yankees on a walk-off single by Jerry Coleman. The ticket does exhibit some wear in the form of surface abrasions some paper loss and two small holes at the upper-left appear to have been left by a staple. The surface itself appears strong though does exhibit wear throughout.
