I have one to sell!
Dave McNally is a Baltimore Orioles superstar one of the incredible four-man rotation (along with Jim Palmer Mike Cuellar and Pat Dobson) who each won 20 games in the 1971 season. McNally was a four-time 20-game winner (in four consecutive seasons between 1968 and 1971) winning 17 in 1973 and 16 more in 1974 before tailing off and ending his career after a brief stint with the Montreal Expos. McNally finished his career with a 184-119 record a 3.24 earned run average and more than 1 500 career strikeouts. He finished in the top five in the Cy Young voting three years in a row and came in fifth place in the 1968 MVP voting. Presented here is a game-worn Baltimore Orioles home jersey worn by McNally in 1966 when the 23-year-old hurler posted a 13-6 record in 33 starts with an excellent 3.17 earned run average. The Wilson size 42 flannel sports McNally's number 19 on the front and back and has been signed by McNally at the tail. The uniform is well-worn and exhibits some staining and wear for which MEARS has deducted three points from their base grade of A10. From the collection of former Orioles broadcast Ted Patterson as are most of the game-worn items in this auction this particular example likely obtained directly from McNally or the ballclub. Full LOA from MEARS.
