Dockman & Sons was one of several brands captured in the E92 universe and are difficult
to track down today. Issued in 1909, the illustrations from the set are well-rendered and the cards are quite colorful.
This
example, featuring Philadelphia's Sherry Magee, is centered north on the
canvas. While the card presents beautifully, softer corners keep it from grading even higher than it already has. The visually interesting background with gorgeous colors gives this card tremendous eye appeal. This is an extraordinary example seldom seen with this sort of visual appeal.
PSA has only ever graded 36 total
examples of this 1909 E92, with only four receiving a higher grade than
the VG-EX 4 offered here of Sherry Magee.
