Handsome mahogany colored cabinet designed to store and display Boston Garter products in a retail environment. The entire piece measures 11" wide by 12 1/4" tall by 9" deep, with a hinged door that opens from the back. The Boston Garter logo is painted gold with black outlines on the front and both sides.  Printed in gold on the inside door reads as follows: "Cautionary Notice and Warning. This cabinet is made and given for the exclusive display and sale of the Boston Garter. Its use in connection with any other garter is an infringement of our trademark rights and incurs the liability of prosecution. George Frost Company, Sole Manufacturers."

The interior of the piece includes two thin wooden shelves, so that Boston Garter product could be displayed on the top shelf (visible through the front glass panel), and stored underneath.  The hinges, knobs and shelves appear to be original to the piece, which exhibits some very light wear, dust and mild soiling.  Some light chipping on the top corners is evident, unsurprising, given its age and intended use.  Still, a tremendous display piece.
