Scorecard for a game between the Carlisle Indians and a team from Reading, PA.  A single page, measuring approximately 4 1/2" x 6 1/2", the scorecard does have a hole punch at the top, a piece of thin white ribbon tied through the hole.  An interesting scorecard, there is no space for actually scoring a game, just for tallying runs, hits, outs, assists and errors.  The scorecard does include Ben Caswell, the first captain of the Carlisle Indians.  In apparent EX condition, the technical grade is marred with pencil writing on the reverse, noting the year and Caswell's presence in the lineup, clearly written long after the era by a collectibles dealer.  The year "1893" is written lightly in pencil on the front.
