Lefty O'Doul was a monster hitter, who compiled a .349 lifetime average in 11 major league seasons and swatted .352 in 16 Pacific Coast League seasons (and 3 games in the Western League). He also pitched, primarily in the PCL and had a long managing career in that league. He's in the PCL and Japanese Halls of Fame, the latter due to being a key ambassador of the game there both before and after World War 2. This is a nice looking PSA 5.5, which has retained its color and tone, all the better to see the intense gaze Lefty was throwing out to the world.
