1909 Payment Voucher completed and signed by August Herrmann, who served as president of the Cincinnati Reds from 1902 to 1927, and the president of the National Baseball Commission (essentially the Commissioner of Baseball) from 1903 until Judge Landis was appointed commissioner in 1920.  The voucher is in VG/EX condition, technically, thanks to several long-ago flattened folds.  Presentation is strong, though, the fountain pen signature bold and legible.  Full LOA from James Spence Authentication.
