Outstanding button tag press pass to the 1958 World Series games at Milwaukee County Stadium used by Curt Gowdy. Along with Hall of Fame broadcaster Mel Allen Gowdy was the television commentator for NBC for the series which was won in 7 games by the Yankees. Curt Gowdy was one of the first broadcasting employers of Ted Patterson. During Ted's research into to the history of sports broadcasting he assembled quite a collection of memorabilia from a host of broadcasters. His relationship with Gowdy clearly gave him access to some of his memorabilia including this outstanding button tag pass. In roughly VG/EX condition with cancellation stamps for Games 1 and 6 though Gowdy was clearly in attendance at Game 2 and 7 at County Stadium as well. Orignal string remains attached an exceptional pass from a legendary broadcaster.
