Lot Description  

Beautiful circa 1880s baseball-related tintype showing what appears to be two teenagers with early baseball gloves. Tintypes offer unique glimpses into the nascent stages of baseball this being no exception. Importantly this piece is still encased in its original ornate frame making for a striking appearance.
