Rapps who pounded out 2 070 hits in a 16-year minor league career never played a game in the majors but like so many other great PCL players was well-loved in the Pacific Northwest during his three-year tenure with Portland.Graded POOR 10 by SGC the card is important for its scarcity not its condition as it exhibits wear throughout consistent with the grade.
