It is often said that the T212 Obak issues are the most attractive of all the tobacco issues; cards like this example depicting San Francisco Seals pitcher Frank Browning are a testament to that. Browning was an extellent pitcher winning 32 games with the Seals in 1909 but somehow just pitching 11 major league games with the 1910 Detroit Tigers. This example has been graded EX 60 by SGC some minor corner rounding the primary flaw. The ornate "Old English" background does feature the purple back stamp found on many Obaks as marked by SGC on the flip.
