Charles "Truck" Eagan played in only a handful of major league games but was a serviceable first baseman in the PCL as well as in the California League of the late 1800s. A 14-season minor league career at various levels yielded a batting average in the .280 range (statistics in many of these leagues are unknown or unreliable) he hit .322 in 819 at bats with Sacramento in 1903.
