Collection includes: 1) 1939 Philadelphia Phillies Official Scorecard: EX appearance, though the scorecard page is missing, lost to time. 2) 1940 Philadelphia Phillies Official Scorecard: July 27 game against Cincinnati, a 5-3 victory for the Phillies. EX condition. 3) 1950 Chicago Cubs Official Scorecard: VG condition, July 23 game against the New York Giants. 3-0 Giants victory, 1-hit shutout for Sheldon Jones, the Cubs' only hit being a 7th inning double by Rube Walker. 4) 1954 Chicago White Sox Official Scorebook: FAIR condition; scorecard page appears to be missing, but newspaper clippings taped to the interior pages suggest that the game was a doubleheader between the White Sox and Yankees. The Yankees won the first game, 16-6 (Mickey Mantle HR), Chicago took the nightcap, 7-3. 5) 1958 Cincinnati Reds Official Scorecard: VG condition, June 18 game against St. Louis. 6-1 Reds victory, though Stan Musial contributed a home run for the Cardinals. 6) 1958 New York Yankees Program and Scorecard: EX condition, unscored game against Boston. 7) 1965 Cincinnati Reds Official Scorecard: EX condition, June 18 game against Cincinnati. 3-1 Reds victory. 7 scorecards total.
