Strong grouping of 12 panels from the 1936 Wheaties "All-Americans of 1935" series. Three of the panels, of Sheldon Biese, Edward Michaels, and Monk Moscrip, have been cut to include the football stadium illustration and the Wheaties name and positioning statement underneath it. The remaining eight - Benny Bierman, Darrell Lester, Wayne Millner, Andy Pilney, Dick Smith, Riley Smith, Truman Spain, Charles Wasicek, and Bobby Wilson, have been trimmed tightly with no border on any edge. Panels of Spain and Wasicek have been cut with a rounded arc at the bottom where a graphic was removed. Panels of Bierman, Spain and Wasicek have writing and date stamping on the reverse. F-P overall, yet difficult to acquire in any grade. 12 panels total.
