Many hobbyists consider this among the greatest vintage cards made, as Brooklyn captain and Hall of Fame infielder Pee Wee Reese leaps to complete a double play throw to first. Few photos feel so dynamic, even today, and many have hoped to identify its sliding player and "complete the scene," so to speak.

The PSA VG-EX 4 grade reflects a handful of small issues that do little to detract from a great look at Brooklyn's spring training field, including a handful of ads that dot its outfield wall. Modest corner wear, centering to the east, and a red print spot at upper right are what explain its technical grade. A card as lovely then as it is now.
