Strong, well-centered example of a tougher and more desirable card of Hall of Fame outfielder Tris Speaker. A key card from "The Kraken," the most popular and widely-collected of all caramel issues, a set with cards that carry varying plateaus of rarity due in part to their years of issue. The card of Speaker is considered to be one of the issue's nine or ten most rare and highly prized. PSA population reports would support this, with just 30 examples graded and only three higher than this VG 3 example. For their part, SGC has graded just six (with two higher).  

The card boasts a clear, colorful image, with corner wear responsible for the technical grade.  Visible under close inspection is a horizontal wrinkle that traverses the card at Speaker's thighs, from left to right.  The reverse is clean. A very strong example of one of the issue's most important cards.
