Corresponding with card #162-5 in the N172 Old Judge Cigarettes issue, a desirable cabinet proof of pitcher/outfielder Thomas Flanagan. Flanagan was signed by Cleveland in the spring of 1889, but despite being featured in five different Old Judge poses, he never actually made the team. In may, he joined the Sioux City Cornhuskers of the Western Association (three of his Old Judge cards were subsequently updated to reflect his new club), and he continued to ptch in the minors for 11 seasons. The cabinet appears in FAIR condition with some foxing around the mount, as well as some wear to the corners.
