Perhaps the most famous of all World Series games, Game 5 of the 1956 World Series featured the only perfect game in the history of the Fall Classic, achieved by Don Larsen of the New York Yankees. Often lost in the memories of that day is the game pitched by Brooklyn's Sal Maglie, a five-hit complete game with very few mistakes, one being a two-out solo shot in the 4th inning by Mickey Mantle that would provide the Yankees with all the runs they would need.

Original stub has been graded POOR 1(MK) by PSA, the qualifier added due to handwriting appearing along the top edge. Several visible folds are present to the stub, most apparent within the pink area declaring ticket was good for admission to the Yankee Stadium bleachers. An important stub hailing from one of the Fall Classic's most celebrated individual performances.
