After one brief hiatus Don Mossi is back. That's right our last auction featured precisely ZERO Don Mossi-related lots. Mossi the Patron Saint of Love of the Game Auctions was featured in our inaugural auction in October of 2012 and has been featured in each auction since. Up until the last auction. Thankfully the drought has ended. Presented is a lovely 1979 TCMA card designed to look like a 1953 Bowman (but printed in today's standard card size) Mossi is depicted having just completed his delivery but just before taking off and levitating above the field courtesy of the wings on either side of his head. Mossi a key member of the Indians bullpen in the mid 1950s signed the card in blue felt tip marker leaving us a legacy that we could pass on to you the Don Mossi-loving Love of the Game Auctions-bidding baseball fanatic.
