Clean, collector-grade example of Hall of Famer Charles Comiskey's N172 Old Judge card #86-6.  With an image more bold and clear than is typically seen with this issue, the card does exhibit some wear at the edges, including a few heavier but unobtrusive creases.  A very small pencil mark on the reverse, which appears to be an upside-down number 4, is responsible for the qualifier assessed by PSA.  A strong card despite the technical grade.
