Tougher blue-background E98 card of popular first baseman Hal Chase, graded POOR 1 by SGC for obvious reasons.  Though the technical grade is low, the blue-background cards are generally more difficult.  Though SGC's population report on the issue is difficult to navigate, a glance at PSA's pop report illustrates this, as they have graded just 3 examples with the blue background, as opposed to 7 orange and 22 red (they've also graded 3 green).  While there are 15 other E98 Chases graded by PSA before they began identifying the background color, we can assume that the distribution of the colors is not likely to dramatically change the breakdown.
