The term “City Series” naturally refers to baseball games played between Major League Baseball teams based in the same city. Offered here is a “Chicago City Series” ticket to a game played between the Cubs and White Sox on Oct. 13, 1911, at the latter’s home field, Comiskey Park. As it turns out, the White Sox prevailed, 4-3 in a duel that featured starters Ed Walsh for the Sox and Mordecai Brown for the Cubs. This is an attractive example of the series' Game 1 ticket stub that’s been graded VG-EX 4 by PSA.
