The E210 York Carmel set was one of the last E-card issues, hitting the streets in 1927. There are two subtypes, one where the reverse faces left (type 1) and one right (type 2). This Sisler is a Type 1 example, holdered as an SGC 3. It features a fielding pose with some ballpark detail in the background. A crease is seen cutting in from the left border and there is some foxing in the lower left corner. All-in-all, it's an attractive look for the grade. The reverse shows signs of mounting in an old "sticky" photo album.
