Lot Description  

Though Topps did include some boxing subjects in its multi-sport issues, the 1951 Ringside set was the company's only all-boxing set, a 96-card set issued in two series of 48.  The second series is significantly more difficult to find than the first.  Presented here is a complete 96-card set, graded entirely by SGC, a clean and colorful collection consigned by an advanced boxing hobbyist.  Largely mid-to-high grade, the primary condition flaws here related to Topps' quality control with respect to centering.
