The 1914 E145 Cracker Jack set brought a jolt of red to the little prizes it had started inserting into boxes of their sticky confection two years earlier. More like thick paper than thin cardboard, the cards were susceptible to product staining and damage. This is a fabulous catching pose of Jimmy Archer, on an SGC 1 with a bit of heavy product staining on the obverse. The back is showing some darkened old caramel in several areas.
