Incredible season pass granting access to Ebbets Field for the entirety of the Brooklyn Dodgers historic 1955 championship season. Capturing the National League pennant with a 98-55 record, the Dodgers again faced the New York Yankees in the World Series after previous defeats to them in the '49, '52, and '53 Fall Classics. This time, the Dodgers broke through and captured the 1955 World Series in a classic seven game series won by Brooklyn after a satisfying 2-0 shutout in Game 7 at Yankee Stadium. The presented pass remains in VG condition and is well worn, likely from many uses at the "Bums" home ballpark during that extraordinary season. Creases, abrasion to corners, and obvious wear to edges are all present, with a small spot of paper loss on reverse towards ups-left corner. Pass has been signed by "Marie Holland" on reverse in ink.
