Fascinating 1951 letter to "My Dearest Aunt Kate" from relatives of Katherine Wynn, the wife of Shoeless Joe Jackson.  Written December 9, just four days after Jackson's passing, the letter covers three pages and expresses condolences over his death.  While there is no baseball-related content in the letter, it does effectively express the love that Wynn and Jackson had for one another, and the bond of their relationship.  Very well-preserved, excellent condition.
