A prodigious minor league power hitter, Steve Bilko never really found his stroke in the big leagues. Topps positioned him in the semi-high series for 1952, giving him the horizontal treatment to dramatic effect. There is some light creasing and corner rounding, with the centering pushed the northeast.  He's signed this one large, in blue ballpoint, PSA/DNA AUTHENTIC.  Bilko died very young, at age 49 in 1978.  As a result, signed examples of his card are few and far between, with just 12 examples counted in PSA's census.
