Out of the majors for three seasons, Wright popped up with the Athletics in '52, appearing in 24 games then sliding back to the minors for good. The card is heavily taped, the beginnings of a pinhole excavation and evidence of being in a 1960's "sticky" photo album, it must have taken some effort to free this card from the adhesive grip it was in. PSA/DNA Authentic designation for the autograph in blue.  Regardless of the clear condition issues, and the fact that Wright lived until 1995, signed 1952 Topps Wright cards seem impossibly rare, this being one of just two examples in the PSA/DNA population report.
