Dick Rozek was mid-career in 1952 and Topps scooped him up for their high numbers.  PSA/DNA Authentic, the card has been handled a bit over the years and shows just the faintest neatline of another card at the bottom border, this situation is even more in evidence on the reverse.  Rozek has signed in a black felt tip that's faded slightly to an almost purple color and is a low population signed card in this set, with PSA having authenticated just five.
