Here is a superb SGC 2 of Ty Cobb, the leadoff subject in the fabulous 1933 Goudey Sport Kings set. The obverse is sunny and bright, with a yellow background that explodes off the card.  It has not seen too much handling and even with Cobb retired for five years, he still looks like he would rip your leg up sliding into third. The reverse explains the grade, due to the inked initials of "J.D." and small dot being filled in on the Goudey logo, with just some mild toning evident along a couple of edge areas.  An outstanding example.
