Gorgeous Rawlings OAL (Mac Phail) baseball, signed by 29 members of the 1976 Boston Red Sox.  Signed in several different inks, a few of the signatures have faded slightly, but they are, for the most part, in outstanding condition, as is the baseball itself.  Signatures include Darrell Johnson, Bernie Carbo, Doug Griffin, Bob Montgomery, Rick Miller, Carlton Fisk (HOF), Steve Dillard, Fergie Jenkins (HOF), Johnny Pesky, Luis Tiant, Gene Michael, Rick Jones, Eddie Popowski, Reggie Cleveland, Deron Johnson, Rick Burleson, Rico Petrocelli, Tom House, Stan Williams, Carl Yastrzemski (HOF - signed on stamping), Dwight Evans, Diego Segui, Jim Rice (HOF), Denny Doyle, Dick Pole, Rick Wise, and a few illegible.  The presence of Gene Michael on the ball dates it to the early part of the season, as Michael was signed in February, pitched batting practice, was released in May, and never played a game for the team.  From the collection of Baltimore Orioles broadcaster Ted Patterson.  LOA from James Spence Authentication.
