Interesting Old Judge advertising piece dated March 5 1878 with the title "Boxing Made Easy." Measuring 3 1/2" by 4 1/8" the reverse of the piece features Jack McAuliffe Jack Dempsey and John L Sullivan which opens into a small booklet that contains a poem written atop humorous boxing-related illustrations. The poem: To manly art this counsel bring A good position's quite the thing A solid triumph it begets Like that of Old Judge Cigarettes Alert and spry as you proceed Be diligent to take the lead.
