Tough N173 cabinet photo featuring Phillies pitcher Charlie Ferguson, who won 99 games in just four seasons with the Philadelphia Phillies.  Strong eye appeal and a clean image overshadows the technical grade of the card, rendered POOR due to soiling and a heavy crease that has begun to tear, and has been repaired on the reverse with a piece of clear plastic tape.  The photo of Ferguson itself, though, is detailed with excellent contrast.
