Outstanding collector-grade example of Jackie Robinson's rookie card from the 1949 issue, easily the finest PR 1 specimen you will ever see.  A tremendous example, Jackie Robinson's first-year Bowman and Leaf cards continue to skyrocket in value, among the greatest beneficiaries of the sportscard boom.  This example is particularly well-centered and sharp, with crisp print registration and wonderful coloration.  A few light wrinkles traverse the card at Robinson's chest, and a light surface scratch is visible at the right side of Robinson's face, causing some tiny spots of visible paper damage.  Accurately graded and yet with the eye appeal of a much higher-grade example.
