Grouping of New York and San Francisco Giants yearbooks and publications from the collection of Ted Patterson including a page signed by Hall of Famer Rube Marquard which surprised us as we were writing the description. The Marquard signature has not been authenticated but is certainly an authentic Marquard signature as Ted Patterson had about a dozen different items personally signed by Marquard all at the same time all in the same pen and actually told us about their meeting. The total collection includes 1) 1947 The Giants of New York: VG condition black fiber tip signatures of Whitey Lockman and Rube Marquard (HOF) inside. 2) 1951 Yearbook: VG condition with wrinkling and chipping at the cover and spine photo supplement insert appears strong. 3) 1951 Yearbook: Appears VG with toned edges but the reverse is missing a large square where a coupon entry form was cut from the back. 4) 1953 Yearbook: POOR condition heavy wear spine repaired with clear tape. 5) 1954 Yearbook: FAIR condition with pronounced wear and large vertical crease down the center spine repaired with clear tape. 6) 1955 Yearbook: FAIR condition spine repaired with clear tape. 7) 1956 Yearbook: GOOD condition with surface wear and creases weat at spine and edges. 8) 1957 Yearbook: VG/EX condition. 9) 1958 Yearbook: EX appearance but unfortunately has a rubber date stamp on the reverse at the top-right. 10) 1959 Yearbook: EX+ condition light wear. 11) 1960 Yearbook: VG/EX condition surface wear and wrinkles at the cover. 12) 1961 Yearbook: EX/MT condition. 13) 1962 Yearbook: GOOD condition fading wrinkling and heavy surface wear. 14) 1963 Yearbook: GOOD condition; moderate wear throughout marking from the remnants of a piece of clear tape at the bottom of the front cover. 15) 1964 Yearbook: EX/MT condition. 16) 1965 Yearbook: EX condition cover signed by Harvey Kuenn but not authenticated.
