Beautiful full-color lithographic Draper & Maynard brand scorecard with illustrated cover and "Uncle Sam"-themed advertisement on the reverse. Folded to a finished size of 3 1/2" x 6" the interior scorecard appears to score Game 1 of the 1925 World Series between the Senators and the Pittsburgh Pirates a game Washington won 4-1 behind the pitching of Walter Johnson who scattered five hits including a solo home run by Hall of Famer Pie Traynor in the 5th. The second such scorecard from the 1925 World Series we have handled this example appears in VG/EX condition with some light corner rounding and very mild toning.
