Group of four New York Giants official programs. Collection includes: 1) October 31 1937: 3-3 tie against the Chicago Bears coached by George Halas. The Bears finished the season 9-1-1 behind quarterback Bernie Masterson and backs Ray Nolting and Bronko Nagurski. Program is in GOOD condition with many visible wrinkles. 2) November 12 1939: 17-7 win against the Chicago Cardinals who were en route to a 1-10 season. The Giants finished first in the NFL East but lost the championship game to the Packers. Scorecard is in VG condition with some staining and wrinkling but presents well. 3) December 3 1919: 9-7 win against the Washington Redskins on the last day of the season solidifying the Giants' hold on first place and knocking the Redskins to an 8-2-1 record Bob Masterson's 4th quarter touchdown reception not enough to catch the Giants' three field goals. GOOD condition some wrinkling and a verticle fold down the center. An eager fan began filling out the Pro Bowl fan voting coupon on the interior page loading it up with Giants. 4) November 29 1942: 21-7 victory over the Chicago Cardinals a game between two poor teams. Some pencil notations appear on the interior pages otherwise VG condition with some minor corner creasing and wear at the spine. Strong presentation. Four scorecards total.
