Strong 1938 Official Crosley Field All-Star game program a digest-sized program with bright red and blue graphics. The National League was victorious 4-1 behind the pitching of Johnny Vander Meer who pitched two consecutive no-hitters earlier that season. The unscored program appears to be in EX condition though a small spot of paper loss is visible along the top edge of the American League flag. Vander Meer appears to have signed the program along the bottom-left of the spine. Additionally Bob Feller signed the program in black fiber-tip marker above his photo on Page 10. The program comes from the collection of Ted Patterson who had at least a hundred different items in his collection signed personally by Feller; though not authenticated we will guarantee the authenticity of the signatures in the program in accordance with the guarantee spelled out in our auction rules.
