Tremendous 1953 Cleveland Indians home jersey as issued to Cleveland Indians catcher Jim Hegan. Hegan was a five-time All-Star who played 17 Major League seasons including 14 with Cleveland. The MacGregor size 44 flannel jersey has been well-worn with some visible soiling and staining consistent with use. The spotting and discoloration have each resulted in a half-point downgrade by MEARS who also deducted a half point due to one button having been replaced resulting in a grade of A8.5.
