Strong T4 cabinet card featuring Roy Willett of the Portland Beavers of the PCL graded POOR 1 by SGC. The technical grade is the result of a large pinhole at the top center of the card the player's name written at the top-right corner the number 96 written at the top left. These flaws are the key contributors to the technical grade. With an issue as scarce as the T4 Obak cabinets however numerical grade is unimportant as the issue is so scarce that it is unlikely that a collector could reasonably expect to find another example of this carbinet in a higher grade. An outstanding card.
