Small (4 1/8" x 6 1/4") colorful cardboard advertising display depicting a monocled gentleman with a cigarette in his mouth the Old Judge brand typeset on both his cigarette and his collar. The Goodwin & Co company name is printed on his bowtie and the lithographer the Major & Knapp Co of New York) printed in small type at the lower-left. Some very light staining is evident on the front however the piece would carry a technical grade of POOR due to significant paper remnants and glue stains on the reverse from where the piece was clearly stored in a scrapbook. Still the scrapbook has done a fine job of preserving the front of the piece the image crisp and colorful.
