I have one to sell!
N173 Old Judge cabinet featuring Quakers third baseman Joe Mulvey who in 1883 when with the Providence Grays was actually shot by an angry fan who had been sprayed with a water hose by a Grays teammate. Shortly after the shooting Mulvey was traded to the Quakers where he would remain for five more seasons. In a 12-year career Mulvey batted .261 with 1 059 lifetime hits. Attractive cabinet card that corresponds with pose #332-3 in the N172 Old Judge issue this example has been graded VG 3 (MK) by PSA due to overall surface soiling light wear at the corners and edges and a small pencil notation at the lower-left corner of the reverse. Regardless N173 cabinets are quite desirable in any condition and this example presents particularly well with a crisp well-defined image.
