Four-card uncut panel designed for Bowman salespeople to leave behind with retailers promoting the upcoming year"s card set. Due to the nature of how they were distributed and what their intended purpose was all salesman"s samples are tough to obtain today and are highly desirably among collectors.This four-card panel of 1954 Bowman cards includes Clint Courtney Willard Marshall Bob Rush and Sal Yvars. As one would expect the sample exhibits some wear with Scotch tape in all four corners (these were likely displayed at the point of sale) some minor creasing along the right edge and general edge wear all around. Affixed to the reverse is a sales decal promoting the 1954 Bowman baseball set. An attractive and difficult-to obtain companion item.
